1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 47jl ("47jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 47jl online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 47jl.one and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 47jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

47jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 47jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online casino gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 47jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 47jl or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

47jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Age Verification: 47jl employs strict age verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting applicable processing fees.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration. To access real-money games on the 47jl Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any information that changes.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 47jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 47jl determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be forfeited, and 47jl reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 47jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 47jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 47jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to submit any documentation requested by 47jl for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.5 Account Currency. All 47jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 47jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. 47jl does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 47jl account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

4.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 47jl account are your own personal funds, obtained through law ful means, and are not derived from any illegal activity. 47jl reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time.

4.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, any funds credited to your account in connection with that transaction will be reversed. 47jl is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposit transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 47jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 47jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other conduct that 47jl deems to be an exploitation of its promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 47jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have accepted the promotion in good faith.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to your account.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Times. 47jl aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval; bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. These timeframes are targets and may be affected by factors outside 47jl's control, including payment provider processing times and bank holidays.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, 47jl requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Winnings in excess of deposited amounts may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to your account.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. 47jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identification documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Withdrawal processing will be paused pending satisfactory completion of any such verification.

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 47jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and the rules stored on 47jl's servers, the server-side rules shall prevail.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All 47jl casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to independent oversight.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 47jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. 47jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wagers.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 47jl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to internet connectivity issues on your end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 47jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or match-fixing.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 47jl immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 47jl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

47jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

9.1 Available Tools. Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 47jl account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 47jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 Age Restriction Reminder. The 47jl Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

9.3 Problem Gambling. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of our self-exclusion tools and to seek professional support. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. 47jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 47jl reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 47jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 47jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 47jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 47jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate with third-party payment providers and game suppliers. 47jl is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider, except to the extent required by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 47jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by 47jl. 47jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 47jl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) 47jl reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) you are found to be ineligible to use the Platform.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 47jl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned at 47jl's discretion, subject to any applicable legal holds or regulatory requirements.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 47jl, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 47jl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any legal proceedings.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 47jl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
